1. Buyer can not get the Builder to communicate by phone or email.
2. Buyer unclear of warranty purchased by Builder to Buyer at closing. Buyer was not offered to purchase separate warranty and warranty on the home was never mentioned. Buyer has the copy of a general Express Limited Home Warranty but unclear if it just covers the builder.In the Warranty papers under &15 1A If the stain fails to meet standard then builder will address. The stain throughout the house is peeling and the original concrete is visible. With the electrical system, all lights flicker when a switch that does not pertain to the lights like turning on the fan, the lights flicker and they are on a separate switch. According to the Warranty &28 -3 A light shall not dim or flicker repeatedly under normal circumstances. The front door is bowing which lets light and other bugs in the home. This is a manufactured product so not sure if it is under warranty. For a new home the floors are absolutely unacceptable and with the electrical system I hope my family is not in danger of a fire.
Like previously stated I, the Buyer, am unable to communicate and no phone calls or emails are returned from the Builder so I am unclear if this warranty applies to me and if it does how long is it good for?

Repair I would like to have a face to face conference with the Builder to try and resolve this issue and discuss and review Warranty paper. I would also like the house to have the repairs done in a timely manner.
Customer's husband, *** has been contacted multiple times to make arrangements and has had the option to meet with the builders. ***, *** was sent to look at the minor electrical issue stated. It is our understanding it is lighting from which the *** picked out from ***. *** sent out their techs to repair. Electrician stated it was a led light bulb issue. They can be contacted at *** or *** for scheduling.
The *** are more than welcome to a face to face. They both have our contact information, email and phone numbers as well as personal cell phones. Mr. is a former family member of Mr..
It is our understanding that Mr. was contacted by our subcontractors (***) to look into some of the minor issues, but after scheduling conflicts over a week, Mr. stated he had fixed the minor issues himself already and was no longer in need of any repairs.
Builder provided a copy of the General Express Limited Warranty to the *** via email.
The flooring is stained concrete flooring. Stained Concrete has its own characteristics and coloring. A leveler can be applied to areas to change the look of what we believe to their concerns. This will need to be scheduled.
The front door appears to be damage but will make that accessment upon inspection.
Builder denies that *** have not been able to contact them as Mr. has had multiple conversations with ***.
