**On 11/4/2015 the roof was finally put on my house, however the job is not complete as of today (11/9/2015 10am EST). There is a sealed chimney cap that is suppose to match my roofing that has not been installed as promised prior, it is listed on the purchase contract (Attached). I did attempt to contact Mr. Barnette this morning prior to writing this response and had to leave a message. In conclusion, once said cap has been properly installed then my original complaint may be closed.**

hired a lawyer, who has stopped returning our calls as of Monday. They were supposedly getting the money together that should have been delivered by Nov 28. [redacted] has also been turned into the [redacted] and State Police who are beginning pursuing legal actions against [redacted]
