R.VFactory accepted payment from me and from my insurance company for the repair of my trailer before completing the work and has yet to do so
I had previously paid R.VFactory to store my trailer at rate of $a month for at least months prior to contracting for repair of the trailer On 8/13/the trailer was inspected and a check was received by R.VFactory for approximately $5,for the repairs, which was cashed by R.VFactory on 8/27/ In late September, early October the repairs had not been completed and I took the trailer for a period of about weeks R.VFactory placed a temporary patch with material that I provided for the use of the trailer during that time and at the end of that period I returned the trailer to R.VFactory where I continued to make storage payments and on 11/3/I made an additional payment of $for a solar panel that R.VFactory was to install on my trailer in addition to the repairs that were already contracted for I conti
Dropped off my Weekener trailer for repairs in August of Was told it would take 3-weeks to completeHere we are in June our trailer has not been completedWhen we call they have been saying that it is almost done-parts not in- wrong order shipped in-just need to button it a few screws-painting needs to be dowill be done in a few days these are the few excuses we always getWe call at least once or twice a weekInsurance has made full payments of repairsWe have cancelled four camp reservations due to RV Factory poor service of completed repairs
