I own a Barnett Quad crossbowThe bow has performed amazingly well for many yearsWhile practicing for the up and coming season my string broke during a practice shot which resulted in damage to the limbsI contacted Barnett and they advised that I send it in to be looked atI checked back with Barnett a few days later to see what they suggested and to my surprise the customer service rep told be that they had replaced the entire front end of the bow for me at no chargeNow that's what I call Good Customer ServiceI was so impressed with this that I went out the next day and bought a new Barnett Ghost RevenantThank You Barnett for taking good care of me

My year old vengence limb support broke after cocking.Sent back to Barnett in florida for repair.Was told to buisness days to repairWell buiness days later (month) -no bow.Called, Dillon said bow was in process.Asked when it would be doneDon't know.Asked to speak with a manager, he said there in a different building and all he could do is email themHave called several times and all I get is a run aroundIts deer season and it looks like I wont be able to hunt this yearCan't afford another bow.I WILL NEVER BUY THERE PRODUCT AGAIN

This is a review on different crossbows that I have had
Barnett Wildcat 5- I had damage with my left thumb because of no finger guardsOther than that it was a good bow
Barnett Recruit- The rail had issues and gougedIt was impossible to site the scope in, and would keep moving on the scope mount
Barnett Raptor FX (1) The scope was impossible to site in, the scope housing was loose and the brass keeper was out of the bow under neath and behind the trigger
Barnett Raptor (2) The housing of the scope was loose and really hard to adjust the scope and then the draw sting broke and hit me in the face
There is diferent bows with different vendors but all Barnett CrossbowsSomething in QC in Barnett needs to get on top of there toes before more injuries or worse accidents happenUntil Barnetts ever fix these issues then I will not purchase another crossbowSomeone is going to get hurt really bad and I would steer away from Barnett bows

The reason this crossbow in onsale is because it's not worth $let alone $ Tried times to let the Barnett Outdoors company make it right and then sent it back to field and stream The good news is field and stream stands by their product Bad news is Barnett Outdoors not only doesn't stand by their product they are in capable of delivering this particular crossbow right They also misled me into sending them the bow instead of sending it back to field and stream DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO BARNETT OUTDOORS! It cost me $to return they said they would return once proving it was their fault Which was incorrect information They only send it back on their dime They did not do the work on the crossbow It was returned with not only the same flaws but extra scratches and damage Field and Stream however does stand behind their product If yours is damaged like ours then only deal with Field and Stream

I checked back with Barnett a few days later to see what they suggested and to my surprise the customer service rep told be that they had replaced the entire front end of the bow for me at no charge. Now that's what I call Good Customer Service. I was so impressed with this that I went out the next day and bought a new Barnett Ghost 415 Revenant. Thank You Barnett for taking good care of me.

I recently bought a Barnett Quad 400 on Craigslist and I didn't notice that one of the limbs had a slight crack or fracture in it. I researched the issue and didn't feel safe with the idea of using the crossbow as it was, so I contacted Barnett Outdoors, LLC to find out how much more money I would have to invest. I was surprised to find that the company is based in Tarpon Springs which is a close enough drive for me. A nice woman who took my call, explained that they would look at it for free and let me know what it needed, so I dropped it off at the desk. About two ours later she called me and said it was ready and that they had repaired it. Replaced the entire front end and the trigger mech. I was actually a little shocked because I wanted to know the cost before any work was to be done, I asked her how much it was going to cost me and she said nothing! They did it free of charge. I couldn't believe that they would do that for me but they did... Thank you Barnett Outdoors, LLC.
