I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.I have completed more research into ban and how it could of occurred in regards to my experience. From what I gather, malicious players have found an exploit that allows them to bypass launching a game without using *** *** Origin. This would allow my key to have been generated and/or stolen, then played without being detected by *** ***. This is the only explanation I can conclude based on previous communications with Evenbalance and *** ***.I would like to suggest that Evenbalance provide an additional level of customer service to better support users that would like some additional level of trouble shooting. Considering the value that users like me place on our gaming accounts, I would have paid for a Service Technician to better assist me in understanding the issue.Thank you for your time

Regards,The following is the meesage I received from Evenbalance, Inc. They can't fix my account. Even though I have changed my password and increased security through Electronic Arts Company. I don't understand why they don't have the ability to fix this. I feel like they have given up on trying to resolve my issue.Thank you for your help
The GUID associated with the supplied account has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our [redacted] software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from [redacted] enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join [redacted] Servers using this GUID. To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by [redacted], then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID.

Hello, We do not unban just because ** or one of our other clients removes a block on the account. Our bans are based on a ch**t detected for a given GUID regardless of who ch**ted. We have no way to know or verify if an account was hacked even if ** removes a block due to an account supposedly being hacked. So, you can play the game on non-[redacted] servers going forward.

person, we have no way of knowing who was using the computer or even which computer it was that raised the violations, but the cheats were running when the [redacted] was playing [redacted] This [redacted] ban will not be lifted.The complainer can still use the game just not on [redacted] enabled servers.
