Peters Associates works with [redacted] stores in the city to install A/C and Heat in homes. This lead came from [redacted] and the contract was written by [redacted]...

not Peters Associates. The contract does not say anything about covering the line set on the outside of the house (referring by them this it is not finished outside). The units all work. They asked us later about covering the line set, we told them that it would cost extra.Peters Associates has a signed Certificate of Completion from the customer that all work was completed and installed as they were told. lt is signed by [redacted].As for the (3) calls to Peters Associates; one being on June 27,2016 we went out and customer said that the mother in law unit was coming up with errors. We sent a man out and he was there for 45 min. With a code E. A wire was loose, the technician tightened the loose wire and the unit was up and working when we left. We have nothing for August 8, 2016. We have a call for no heat on December 22,2016; the technician went out for the living room and master bed room for no heat. The technician turned on the unit in the living room and had 122.3 degree heat coming out of the vent and the bedroom (master) was 112.3 degree heat coming out of the vent. The systems were working properly;the technician was there for 1 hr. On January  24, 2017 a technician was sent out for when it gets really cold out they walk with sweaters on.  The technician found one remote was had sent error out for E1. We reset the unit and it started to run normally. The other remotes were in cooling mode. Changed to heat and all worked. Wife not feeling well spoke with her and said all is good. The technician was there for 2 hr.We have not heard anything from them, or any other problems.Mike G[redacted]We stand behind the job for wat was put in.
