REF: [redacted] on [redacted] ***An annual check up was performed on November 15, During the check up it was determined that the system was lbslow on refrigerantIt was recharged to factory specsThis was the first indication of a leakWe offered *** [redacted] a leak check on the equipment which was performed on December 11, During the search the electronic leak detector found that the liquid and suction line service valves were leakingThe valves were tightened and checked again and nothing was found We advised him that during the spring that we needed to check service valves again to determine if they needed to be replacedA quote was given to replace valves with labor and material If after our check up the valves are malfunctioning we at Barnett's will replace the valves and adjust the refrigerant charge to factory specs at no charge Please have [redacted] call us to have a leak check performed
