Yes, the offer is accepted.  While here for the leak search, assumed to be no charge, please perform a system check-up less the 10%;  the Aprilaire #310 probably needs to be replaced.
Thanks,

REF: [redacted] on [redacted]. An annual check up was performed on November 15, 2013. During the check up it was determined that the system was 3 lbs. low on refrigerant. It was recharged to factory specs. This was the first indication of a leak. We offered [redacted]...

[redacted] a leak check on the equipment which was performed on December 11, 2013.  During the search the electronic leak detector found that the liquid and suction line service valves were leaking. The valves were tightened and checked again and nothing was found.
We advised him that during the spring that we needed to check service valves again to determine if they needed to be replaced. A quote was given to replace valves with labor and material.
If after our check up the valves are malfunctioning we at Barnett's will replace the valves and adjust the refrigerant charge to factory specs at no charge.
Please have [redacted] call us to have a leak check performed.

Review: New heat pump was purchased 4/29/10 and the installer has annually serviced and maintained the unit. Refrigerant was added 11/15/13 and then a refrigerant leak was discovered 12/13/13. It seems that low refrigerant was noted during prior service calls but there was no mention of leak problems. Barnett's performed the leak search for which I was charged as well as for refrigerant replacement on 11/15. Both have been paid. Refrigerant leaks were found at the two service valves. As I understand, the leaks are due to assembly at the factory or during the installation of the unit at our home. [redacted], the heat pump manufacturer, will cover the valves under warranty but Barnett's has quoted $715 labor for the valve replacements, less 10% for the maintenance agreement. Leaks should have been detected sooner and corrected earlier during the full warranty period.Desired Settlement: Service valves replaced no charge and any refrigerant replacement to recommended level no charge.

Review: Business has been out 5 times to fix an ac fan that is not working still. I have a detailed email, copy invoices, most of the services have been paid except for a $220 balance. My family and I have been taken advantage of. The 1st visit should have discovered all issues when a diagnostic was completed. They have come out 5 times because my ac units fan has stopped working 5 times after a capacitor, 2 fan motors, coils cleaned etc...I still have no ac. I also have my mother on the household that has to have air due to her lack of oxygen..and she is required to be on oxygen everyday.Desired Settlement: My ac to work to work fully, an explanation of the 1st diagnostic to reveal all issues. If not I want a full refund so I can take my service elsewhere
