from [redacted] on July 1, 2016 regarding an issue redeeming points on her account. Our support department researched the problem and found [redacted]'s rewards page was suspended due to potential fraud. Specifically, the email address associated with the account was changed just prior to placing a rewards order, which is often an indicator an account has been compromised. Additionally, four of the six gift cards ordered and processed, prior to the account suspension, reflected an unknown IP address in Sri Lanka, furthering suspicion the account had been compromised.On July 8, 2016, comScore responded to [redacted]'s support request advising that we had identified account discrepancies, and asked [redacted] to provide us with a telephone number where she could be reached. To date we have not received a response to that request. comScore did try to reach [redacted] at the telephone number provided with her complaint to the Revdex.com, but she was unreachable at that number.At this time, we still require a telephone number where comScore can reach [redacted] to verify account information.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.....

[redacted] regarding the $5 [redacted] prepaid card for his June Teleprint participation. [redacted] could not access the card issued on July 1 because the account had been suspended for creation of multiple accounts in violation of our policies.On July 12, 2016, comScore notified [redacted] that his account was no longer active, but the $5 [redacted] prepaid card for June participation would be reissued, along with a second $5 [redacted] prepaid card for July participation. comScore then confirmed with the card vendor, Online Rewards, that manual redemption of both cards had been completed and card details had been forwarded to [redacted]. On July 19, 2016, comScore communicated directly to [redacted] that Online Rewards was able to manually redeem the claim codes on his behalf. Additionally, we have since confirmed that both cards were fully expended as of July 22, 2016.Payment for services rendered in June, as well as July, was made to [redacted] and we consider the matter resolved.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.Sincerely Yours,Thomas  C
