In response to complaint #11988866, filed by Ms*** ***, I want to assure you that we will be taking care of this problemWe have ordered a new foam cushion insert to replace the foam presently in her chair that she feels is breaking downAs we explained to her earlier this month on
February 3rd, when we ordered the new foam the manufacturer informed us they were out of stock on the specific model needed until approximately March 1stWe told her as soon as we received the part we would contact her and make an appointment to take care of the issueWe told her this again in a phone conversation on February 13th and February 27thWhile we realize the customer wants to get this resolved as soon as possible I can assure you that we do alsoUnfortunately, we also are forced to wait until the manufacture sends us the part in questionAgain, we have known and informed Ms*** of the delay from the beginning of this processWe will do our best to get this resolved as soon as we can. I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sirs,Not once did Barneys contact me and let me know what was going on The only correspondence I have ever received is when I would call and ask the status of the repair. They did inform me during the last calls that the item had been ordered, was on back-order and would be received by months end (February). My issue is that the furnace was Brand New and the part has been on order since November.I will wait until early March but feel as if the part is not in, the chair should be replaced with new.Thank you for your time.*** ***
