Wow- My order accidently went through, and when calling to correct this order/cancel I cant get a hold of anyone.

Its Dec 19 at 11am PST, and I have been on hold for 45 min, not being able to speak to anyone yet! This is insane for the christmas holiday! Also- I was planning to buy a gift and their is not a gifting option or gift receipt!

If someone doesn't pick up, I will jus contact my CC to do a chargeback.

I know you are in bankruptcy, but if you cant do adequate online shipping for the holiday season, then you should suspend your online store.

I placed an online order on 07/02/19 in the amount of $223.91 my order number is B0119070249978.This company did not send me any tracking information via email so I logged on to my account online to see my order shipped out via FEDEX .I did not receive my package which is time sensitive FEDEX details says the driver left my package at front door. No one rang my bell why would the carrier just leave packages an not attempt to deliver the next day ? I processed to contact Barney’s customer care an no one responded to my inquiry! why did this company send out my merchandise an not even send the customer tracking information an no signature required for packages.I am asking for a full refund as my order is extremely time sensitive.

Good Afternoon,After reviewing the transaction history for this purchase I was able to ascertain the following:Initial purchase was made 11.**.14First Markdown was 12.**.14According to our company policy we offer price adjustments on first markdown only and only if the item has been purchased within...

7 days of the first markdown taking effect.  This purchase was made 19 days prior to the first markdown taking effect and as a result we would not normally make an adjustment.If the customer could provide a contact name for the individual to whom she spoke regarding receiving a gift card for the adjustment I would be happy to follow up directly.  Please advise if the customer can provide this information.Thank you.[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:With regard to price adjustments, our company policy states that we will honor an adjustment if the item was purchased within seven days of the markdown and only for the difference between the full price of the item and first markdown.  Subsequent markdowns do not qualify...

for price adjustments.The item was ordered 23 days prior to the first markdown and received by the customer approximately 15 days prior to the first markdown.  This would not qualify this purchase for an adjustment according to our policy.  However, as an exception I am happy to offer the customer a gift card for the amount of the first markdown i.e. from $675 to $409.  This would be a $266 gift card.  Should the customer be amendable to this offer I am happy to have a gift card sent out to her?

I did not get my money back yet. Also, an attendant from Barneys named [redacted] called my husband last week just to say how amazing it was that Barneys had lost the suit pants!!! He did not call to make amends, nor to apologize. Just to say that this happened only twice in Barneys history! (then again, this was according to the guy - by reading other customers' reviews on the company, I honestly find that hard to believe...) Should we feel honoured??? Well, in the end of the day all we did was lend Barneys 350 dollars for nearly one month, interest-free - with the additional that we had to drag their jacket back to [redacted] to kindly ship it back to them. I placed 3 orders online for 4 sunglasses. Sunglasses were returned because did not fit. I placed all 4 pairs in 1 box with the prepaid label provided.
Barneys received my sunglasses on February 14, 2018. I contacted then several times because I had yet to receive a $1400 refund.
They advised that my return was received and would look into why refund was taking so long.
Today April 4 2018 I received a package from barneys with 3 pairs of vision glasses.
I contacted them to inquire what these glasses were and was advised these are the glasses I supposedly returned.
I have filed a police report for theft. I have disputed the charges with American express and even filed a purchase protection claim for theft.

The 4 new designer sunglasses I returned were clearly stolen by a barneys employee!

I requested review of video footage for the handling of my return. Barneys advised they could only furnish with a subpoena.

I have email conformation from barneys on February that my return was received. Not sure why 5 weeks later they have a different story.

Clearly there employees fked up and I will not be held responsible.

Good Morning,We offer our sincere apologies to the customer and acknowledge that the error in shipping only the jacket from the suit was entirely our mistake.  In speaking with the customer I assured them that we had exhausted all efforts to find the matching pants and that in the absence of them being found we were happy to offer a full refund as well as cover any and all shipping charges to have the jacket returned to us.It is my understanding that the customer will be contacted today to assess the out of pocket expense and that all charges will be refunded before the end of business today.Again, our apologies go out to the customer as it is never our intention to disappoint anyone who chooses to shop with us at Barneys New York.

As I stated in in the complaint details. I already filed a complaint back on 12/**/14, the complaint number is [redacted]. I can still access the original complaint so I believe you should be able to as well.On 1/*/15 I received a response to that complaint from [redacted] and I have attached a screen shot and a print out of the message I received back on 1/*/15. If you go to the original complaint on your end you should see the same message sent to me.Since the original offer that Barney presented me was not honored and I never received the gift card I have opened a new complaint, which is this one now.As of now I would like to have a credit to my credit card processed in the amount of $426 plus tax. I can be reached at ###-###-#### if you have any questions or would like to discuss this further.

Review: Around the end of August 2013 I started to call Barney's New York on [redacted]. to inquire about a new shoe Kanye West had designed called the Nike Air Yeezy 2 SP "Red October". I have been consistently calling monthly and asking if any release information or if any sort of list or pre-orders have been done on them because Barney's has gotten Nike Air Yeezys before. I was told no and that there is no information on numerous occasions. I called in once more today inquiring about that shoe. After I finally got in contact with the correct department (4 tries) I was told there was a list for this shoe and that they were taking names down on them for purchase. I promptly asked to be put on this said list. I was rudely told that the list was started over 4 months ago and they already have individuals credit card numbers for purchase. Maybe all this time I was getting in touch with the wrong dept. or the wrong people but this is unacceptable. I called well within that time frame and was never given this option before today and even today I was told this wasn't going to happen since there were so many people already on the list.I don't know if I was being discriminated upon because I am not friends with any of the employees in that area or what but I do not appreciate being given the wrong information for so long. If I had been given that info before then I would have already been on that "list"Desired Settlement: I would like someone to call and take down my information and credit card number and put me at the beginning of this "list" since I should have been given this option when I had called the first time in late August. I would also like an apology for the time and rude customer service I received today. I actually love Barney's and expect much better service than this. I've never had issues like this before from my local store. Please do the right thing and assist me with this issue!Thanks,[redacted]

Review: I returned a blouse I purchased from Barney's in December, 2014, Order# [redacted] due to a manufacturing defect (the blouse began to stretch out after only being worn a few times). Barney's returned the item to me stating that they could not accept the return despite the defect. The issue I have is the condition of the blouse when it was returned to me. I noticed that there were several pulls in the material, which is a very delicate, lightweight silk, that weren't there when I returned the blouse, adding insult to injury. It was bad enough that the company refused to guarantee the quality of their merchandise, but now they have returned it to me in worse condition than it was originally. When I contacted the company to complain, they ignored my emails. I would like a full refund now that the blouse is completely unwearable.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the original purchase price.
