who said he will install the header himself,she would need to file a complaint with [redacted] who I gave the header to. If door didn't fit properly and didn't close, why would a customer take 14 months not call the contractor and file a complaint with the Revdex.com? If the door was improperly installed and didn't work from the beginning why would a customer pay me? There is no wind springs from the manufacturer. The original door and frame was damaged from the wind and I would suspect this door was also damaged in the last 14 months and is looking for me to replace this one. If the complaint is the door was improperly install than you would ask for the installation cost not the cost of the door($100.00). Finally, the complaint received 14 months after the job was completed probably has to do with her ex husband is now living in my house.
