I was on my lunch hour and did not receive what I ordered thru the drive-thru.
On July 6, 2020, I was in the drive thru on my lunch hour. I specifically ordered the Chicken salad combo with pasta salad and a drink. My receipt stated this as well. However, when I arrived back to work, I did not have chicken salad. I had turkey! This was not what I ordered. Being that I was on my lunch hour and their website does not have any where to notate a complaint, I am filing it here.
I would like a free meal!
I have sent a reply to Ms. which I have apologized for the
mistake and sent her two $*** Gift cards. We do not like to
make mistakes but unfortunately it can happen and when we do
we always make it right.
