Review: I paid for product via PayPal. Received email from Barnstormer promising delivery in two business days.

Thirty days later, still no product.

I paid for product via PayPal. I received an email from Barnstormer promising delivery in two business days. This date gave me four days cushion for a job that I needed their product for.

Three days AFTER promised delivery date, still no product. No answer to phone calls or emails. I had to buy from another source and pay $69.48 in Saturday priority overnight delivery charges to guarantee I would have the item in time.

Barnstormer did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls made by me to Barnstormer during the period from expected delivery date to two weeks after the expected delivery date.

After ten days from date of expected delivery, I filed a complaint with PayPal.

Barnstormer did not respond to PayPal.

After 5 more days I was able to escalate my complaint with PayPal and PayPal returned the money I originally paid to Barnstormer - $37.78.

Because Barnstormer did not deliver, I had to purchase the item (a cable for inflight audio recording in light aircraft) from another source and pay high ($69.48) shipping costs to secure the item in time for a project that I needed the cable for.

Thirty-five days later, still no product. And still no response to multiple emails and phone calls.

I have NEVER received such poor service from a company prior to my dealings with Barnstormer.
