My name is [redacted] and I am the owner at Barny's Reliable Tire Shop. On June 6, 2016, a man by the name of [redacted] came in with Ms. [redacted] to get a wheel alignment on a 2012 Fiat 500. Although Ms. [redacted] was with him, the transaction took...

place between [redacted] & myself. At the time, I did not know it was Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle because [redacted] has brought several other vehicles to my shop. I did not speak to Ms. [redacted] until they both came to pick up the vehicle. My hours are 8am to 5pm, however, we waited until 5:30pm so [redacted] can pick up the vehicle. When they arrived to pick up the vehicle, Ms. [redacted] paid me, entered the vehicle, and immediately claimed we had broken the window. The window was already shattered and it looked like it was only held together by the window tint. I was not hostile, Ms. [redacted] was the one raising her voice and being hostile towards me. Even though we did NOT break the window, I offered to pay for half of the cost of replacing it and she declined my offer. There is a glass shop next door to the tire shop, but it was closed already. I told her I would get a quote from them the next day and she agreed to call me the next day, but she never called me back, instead she went directly to Revdex.com to put her complaint without giving me an opportunity to settle things with her. Now Ms. [redacted] is demanding original parts! She also claims I denied her proof of service, and that is not true. I did NOT deny her proof of service, I had a receipt written, but Ms. [redacted] left before I could give it to her. It is receipt #XXXXXX.

[redacted] never did offer to give me a receipt, unfortunately he does not bother to give them out since I paid cash and no record of the transaction is there. My vehicle did not have a broken window when I dropped it off. One of Mr [redacted] employees, which handles the alignments looked the other way and left the area when I mentioned the issue to him and his employees. Mr [redacted] is running a dishonest business that doesn't take care of his customers and calls them liars to their faces. I asked for my car to get the original window from the factory since its what was on before I dropped my car off. Mr [redacted] DID get aggressive and I had to leave before things got worse. Again no receipt was given or did he try to give me one.

A new window was replaced in Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle on June 25, 2016 at A & A Auto Glass Shop at no cost to her.
