Review: Car Was told price of 17000. Sale price was agreed for 17000. Financed car and gave 5000 down payment. The total loan is 19000 and they priced the car at 24000. Did not inform us. Called and spoke to [redacted] and says not available. The sale employee who we agreed on the price of 17000 says there was fees but can't be clear on what these fees are. Another thing that's misleading is on who gave us the loan. First we were told was chase auto finance and on the paper work it says TD auto finance. I don't know where all these fees are coming from.Desired Settlement: Fix the issue. Fix it to what we agreed on and an explanation of all these outrages fees they can't seem to inform me of or explain to me .

Review: When I bought care in 8/2014, I purchased a warranty. This dealer signed me up for the wrong warranty. I tried to get them to change the warranty and after several unsuccessful attempts, I cancelled the warranty directly with the warranty company-[redacted]. The dealer was supposed to issue a refund to my lien holder since 2/2015. To date they have not issued the refund. [redacted] and myself have been trying to get them to issue refund and they refuse to do so! sometimes they lie and state a check was mailed but it was never mailed!Desired Settlement: I will like the appropriate refund paid to my lien holder-[redacted].

Review: I purchased a vehicle , at Baron Auto outlet on October **, we had agreed on a purchased priced $25.000 Toyota Highlander 2011. They told us everything had to be signed electronically and everything will be received by mail; but we insisted on getting a paper copy; when we received the paper work the priced of car was different from 25K to $29.999, they changed the purchased priced and added other items such as delivery fee (car was already at the dealer ), service fee, auction fee, even $35 dollars on inspection fee; the miles of the car had also been altered. Car had 66.000 miles but on the paper it claimed it had 61.000 miles.

When we first talk to the sales person he agreed they had made a mistake on the price and miles and told us to comeback and speak to the manager. We went back then told us he wasn't there, to come back the following week. Went back again they didn't even let us inside the dealer, acted very rude and told us everyone was busy and to make an appointment. For a whole month they kept us going back and forth giving us the round around telling us yes we'll see what can be done. Finally yesterday (Nov **) we went back again and they told us nothing can be done because the paper work is done already, and that for only $4000 difference they're not going to change anything. Sales person has admitted to us that that wasn't the price we agreed on but that he cant do anything about it. All this month we have asked to speak to and the manager but hey always had an excuse, he's in a retreat, w out of the office, with a customer, and so on. Overall we were robbed $4000, they know it, sales person knows it but they won't do anything about it.Desired Settlement: We would like them to change the price on the paper work for the amount we agreed on. Difference of prices is about $4, 000. We are financing this car, so we are paying interest on a purchased priced higher than what we agreed on. We would also like a refund on fees imposed to us such as delivery fee, we didn't ask the car to be delivered, auction fee, we didn't ask them to buy the car fro us at an auction, inspection and service fee , according to them all cars are fully operable and inspected.

We would also like the public to be aware of this dealer specific car sales practices so they're not victims as well.

Review: I purchased a used Jetta from Baron Auto Mall in 2013, and the finance manager SUE pushed hard so that I would buy an extended warranty from them for an additional $1,400. I had to get rid of the Jetta - it had two recalls in one year, so I called and cancelled my extended warranty, which was good for five years or 60,000 miles, since these thresholds were not met I was told by SUE that I was entitled to a refund in the amount of $886.00!

It has now been four months and counting and still no payment. I have provided them with every piece of documentation requested, yet SUE and the accounting manager Melissa keep telling me they do not have anyone to sign a check - and allegedly that is the delay!Desired Settlement: Refund
