I was VERY disappointed with a demolition job this company did for me in the summer of I had an old sunroom which needed to come down because it wasn't safeThis company gave me a reasonable estimate, and they had done work on my street, so I hired themThey did not cover the ground at all around the demolition work, and they caused BIG problems because of thisThe first problem was that one of the air conditioner units sitting beside the demolition area was ruinedThe unit was about a year oldI have never heard from the owner, and I did email him about the AC unitAll he did was send out one of their HVAC people who said they didn't cause the problemWhat a surpriseThey refused to admit their part in the problem or take financial responsibility at allHowever, when the HVAC company removed the unit, we could hear all the glass insideWe were without AC in the heat of the summer for about two weeksThe second problem is that to this day, in JANUARY, I am still finding large pieces of glass in my backyardI have a pool and I have dogsInitially I found some glass around the pool and a huge amount of glass all round the deck where they did the demolitionThe pool is not close to the demolition area, so I don't know how they managed to get glass all the way over thereThey have never apologized and they said they felt they took all necessary precautionsI know they did NOTI SAW the area where they were working when I arrived from work the 1st dayThe ground around the area was not coveredThey only covered the floor inside the sunroomBy then there was glass every whereIt took SO many calls to get them to come out and clean up as best they could, and every time they said they came, I would go out there and find buckets full of glass myselfThey finally cleaned so that none of us could find more, so I paid themThe only problem is, every time it rains, I am still finding glassI'm so afraid my dogs might get cut by the glassThey are puppies, so they put everything in their mouthAlso, I don't like how I was treated as a result of the problemsI wish now I hadn't paid them so soon, because the pieces of glass I found today were very largeI will NEVER use this company againIf they didn't know how to properly take down a glass room they should not have taken the jobI had plenty of companies tell me that they wouldn't tackle itThis company was incompetent to do the job I hired them for, and their customer service was worse
