The Barone response is not accurate or supported with factual contentTwo different issues are involved....first contract work for the neighbor and secondly sidewalk replacement for this residence B [redacted] did not complete the sidewalk job for this residence satisfactorily and accepted payment of $for sidewalk replacement Secondly, Barone covered my property stakes with cement while working for the neighbor At no time did I receive any monies from Barone nor was my sidewalk work completed to the terms of our verbal agreement I would like to request that Baron provide proof of his statements with evidence, egcancelled checks etcand that information be entered on the record A judgement lien has been filed with Allegheny County Pennsylvania against B [redacted] as it relates to this matter, [redacted] No payment has been received from B [redacted] as it relates to this judgement

B [redacted] wrote Thursday morning that it was finished He didn't even show up until Thursday around noon, so he should have written "it should be finished today".He did show up, with other men, and they did pour a new driveway entrance for the garageOn a grading scale, I'd give it a C minus.Afterwards he said he would return to waterproof it Since then I've received several promises of "Will be there tomorrow" and it's now Tuesday and he still hasn'tI'm just going to do that myself.I am considering this matter closed for I'm done with dealing with it The driveway does look better than what was there before, but it's not as "beautiful" as he promised it'd be Regards, [redacted]

Customer wanted job done right awayI tried to accommodate his needs but my schedule would just not allow itI had every intention of doing his job but my schedule was just too busy at the timeThe $has since been returned

I wanted to mention that I have not heard anything response from the business at all in regards to my issue. Only half of the job that I paid for was completed. The motar pointing on my home was
finished but the chimney was not even started. In addition, the mortar residue left has stained the brick on my home that now gives it an ugly appearance, since the business never cleaned up the work that was carried out....in a proper manner. I want my money back or the job completed as stated in my text messages that I will email separately to Mr***

The modification he is referring to was an ad onI told him this how many timesI did not complete the work because he sued me in courtThe money he is referring to has been paid backI did not finish the work he wanted done because there was a neighbor dispute over there and I was in the middle
of itI was doing a job for his neighborHis neighbor told me where the property line endsI worked around itThis man was making a production of the whole thingHe was putting signs in my customers yard which read "bad neighbor" all because he thought we went over his property lineHe caused me to miss work days because of the arguing between neighborsI payed him a total of $to get surveyers over there to find the exact property lineWhich Mr*** was wrong the entire timeHe caused a big production for nothingI could not wait to get out of there that is why I never went back to finish what he wanted doneI did pay him his money

I do apologize. I had every intention on doing his job. However my schedule was very full at the time. I did get the $600.00 deposit. It did take me a while to return it. However the money is returned.
