Review: Had car problems on a 2004 Subaru outback in August 2014. [redacted] (mechanic) said it was going to cost about $1000.00 to fix. I wrote a check. My car stayed at the repair shop for about 20 days. Received the car back and he did not give me an invoice for the repair. One day later my car started to show the same problems it did before. Called the shop back and they said they will pick it up and fix it sorry for the inconvenience. Called over 10 times no response from the shop and my vehicle remained unrepaired. Finally I took it to another auto repair shop and they diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Full repair on the vehicle was under $400.00.Desired Settlement: Request at least 80% of my money back. Would like $800.00 for NON REPAIR and an invoice for the actual work they said that was done. Til this day still do not have any invoice. Auto repair shop will not return my call.
