Baronet Coffee Inc

Review: I had purchased a bag of seasonal coffee in September 2014. I contacted Baronet Coffee on December 9, 2014 expressing my displeasure of the coffee. I was informed that I can return the coffee for a full refund even though it was opened. I returned the coffee via mail and Baronet Coffee is refusing to issue a refund for $9.99. There were three other unopened bags of coffee that was also returned and credit issued for the unopened bags but not the opened bag. I was assured by the customer service rep that I would get a refund on the opened bag because I was not satisfied.

I contacted the company several times after the incident and have not received a response from my e-mails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the $9.99 credit applied to my credit card.
