I called to set up my annual termite bondThey had specifically told me that I would be one of the first stops (8-8:30)When 9:came around I called to get an updated ETA and she said he had already made two stops and had another one scheduled before meHe did not show up until after I went from taking an hour or two off work to more than 1/my dayTime management and customer satisfaction are not on the top of the priority list locally

This company has been nothing but a headache and an ABSOLUTE disappointmentThey SEEM really nice and helpful in the beginningBut once you sign the contract, consider yourself doopedI ordered the termite service, and when they came out, they did the perimeter fineBut when it was time to put in the interior panel, they cut a hole in my wall, discovered they didn't have the equipment to finish, said they would annotate it, make an appointment, and come back to finish the jobWeeks later, we never got a call backSo I called the company, and apparently, they had no record of the need to come back to their unfinished jobSo they scheduled an appointment, sent out a tech, who gets there and tells us that HE doesnt have the equipment to finish the job and that he would call his office and schedule somethingMeanwhile, my wall has still been cut openAgain, weeks go by and so I called AGAINIt is at this point that they tell me that they will not finish the job because they dont have any staff that is trained to do my "type" of job that's needed"We're not carpenters," they saidI was then told that the only way they would finish is if I pay out of MY pocket to hire a carpenter to finish the cutting"That's just how we do jobs like that," they saidWhich lets me know, that this is the norm for themSo I stated that their CONTRACT says that THEY would do the job and asked to speak to a managerWhen the manager finally returned my call, he offered us $25, but no job completionTo date I STILL have a cut out in my wall, FPC has not bothered to at least repair the damage they created, and are now sending renewal requestsWhen I didnt respond, they even took it upon themselves to schedule a date and sent a postcard of the scheduling in the mailThis company is HORRIBLE! I would only recommend this company to someone I hated as a means of silent revengeDo yourself a favor, RUN

I went from taking an hour or two off work to more than 1/2 my day. Time management and customer satisfaction are not on the top of the priority list locally.

This is the worst Pest Control Company I ever paid. I paid a year in advance for a poor service. I called last week and they said they will call me back. I am still waiting for the call.
