Barrett/Airworks Service Company

Their is no standard of excellence at this company! 1st technician comes miss diagnosis my heater problems and orders to parts not needed which takes a week to come in. Second tech comes in has no idea what's going on and constantly is on the phone asking for help. He's put in new parts and the heater still does not work. All this time and money waisted so that the end result nothing is working. Office staff is very rude. Manger of the technicians didn't want to speak to me, Instead hid behind some office personnel. All I asked for was a knowledgeable, experienced technician and was told by the manager he would decide who he would send which was the 1st technician. Very bad customer service all around.
