I have multiple witnesses to his actions.  He doesn't have a leg to stand on.  We did everything we were supposed to do and he went missing.  A lot of people lost time and money due to his lack of professionalism and he still will not accept any responsibility.  When you mess someone over nowadays there are platforms for people to let others know about one's experience.  In the end we were lucky we did not work with a company with so little regard for other's time, money and duress.  He pre-approved a loan.  We had everything set.  He went missing and we lost the house.  I asked for $35 for the earnest money wire fee which would have NEVER been sent if I'd known he could just disappear for days.  I gave him weeks do to this.  I didn't ask for money for gas and lodging to look for a home in the area (which I never would have incurred, again, if I'd known he would just disappear and nobody else at the company would help.  $35 was letting him off easy and since he left everyone in the lurch, $35 seemed like a more than fair request.BTW - He has a lawyer who will not return messages. Just like him.  Birds of feather...
