We have spoken with the client and resolved everything to his satisfaction. We are sending a partial refund as part of the resolution. We have asked the client to notify Revdex.com about the resolution of his complaint, and to request it be updated.

We followed up with the client to confirm that he received his reimbursement, and got no reply. We would be happy to resend reimbursement if it did not arrive, but the customer made no effort to notify us of this.
