Hello ***,I am the Area Manager for the Coastal Bend area and for the following store that Mrs*** *** filed the Revdex.com Complaint on. I went ahead and reviewed employee notations in customers activity for Mrs***’s account prior to the date on the complaintI did not observe
multiple notations in regards to several calls and text messages on the activity that would lead the customer to believe probable harassment. I believe at the time the Branch Manager *** *** was using the Managers company cell phone to contact the customer during the time of the complaint and not a personal cell phoneUnfortunately, this is where my investigations endsAt the moment of this reply *** *** is no longer employed with the companyHis last day of work was on January 16th The manager’s company cell stayed in his position and is currently unavailable for us to review and get additional information from.I have personally tried reaching out to Mrs*** *** for additional information by telephoneNo answer or call back from the customer at this time.If you have any questions please contact me.Regards,*** ***
