I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The unit was replaced and is in good working order. I appreciate the replacement and their efforts.

We were aware of the issues that Mr. [redacted] is speaking about. We were doing everything possible from our end. The timing and delays were a direct result of dealing with the manufactures. The unit in question was deemed to have an unknown catastrophic failure and we replaced it with a brand new...

unit at no charge to Mr. [redacted]. We understood his frustrations with the timing of everythingbut we were actively working on a solution during the entire process.
