Purchased and paid for a used washing machine on Jan 29th and signed a year warranty Paid $to have the washing machine deliveredThe washing machine was delivered on Jan 30th On Feb 22nd I had sent them an email advising that the machine was making noises when it clicks from wash to rinse and that it sometimes does not agitate for certain cycles I had asked that they send someone to repair it I was told that because I am not a local resident, they would not send a service man to the house and that I would need to return the washing machine to their shop for repair There was nothing indicated about this on their warranty Supposedly according to service tech it is for a machine to make these noises and for it not to agitate [redacted]
Great service, bought a reasonably priced dryer and they delivered it when they said they wouldSeveral months later when we had a problem and they followed up and fixed the problem no questions asked with the one year warranty! Service repairman Blair was efficient, tidy and respectful! I would highly recommend them!

Purchased and paid for a used washing machine on Jan 29th and signed a 1 year warranty. Paid $80 to have the washing machine delivered. The washing machine was delivered on Jan 30th.
On Feb 22nd I had sent them an email advising that the machine was making noises when it clicks from wash to rinse and that it sometimes does not agitate for certain cycles. I had asked that they send someone to repair it. I was told that because I am not a local resident, they would not send a service man to the house and that I would need to return the washing machine to their shop for repair.
There was nothing indicated about this on their warranty.
Supposedly according to service tech it is normal for a machine to make these noises and for it not to agitate.
