Sales team is awesome but then, you get to meet the back-end support and the service departmentCustomer support is abysmal as they don't exactly care about their customersYou can do as many online surveys as you want, nothing gets resolvedI've had to call Honda Canada to get issues fixed (I went to a different dealership, a place who actually care about their clients, they fixed all the pending issues in one visit, for free)Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership
