Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't understand how they are not being given a chance to make things right. Every day they have the option to call or text or email us and work out a plan to get it corrected. We have no missed messages, no missed emails, no unanswered texts from them. They disappeared. They stopped responding to our calls and pleas for help. Once they received payment, they disappeared. We sent a list of all grievances to [redacted] . He made an appointment to come discuss them in person and then did not show up for that appointment. I asked several times for him to reschedule, and he would not commit. We also warned him that social media would be our only recourse if he refused to respond. He still gave us no time...no call...nothing.We are open to communication. We are open to meeting them to assess the options available. They remain unresponsive.We would like nothing more than to have the problems made right and retract any social postings we have made.So, if they are sincere, they need to take action. Call. Come over. Reply to an email. Do something. Action is what we need. Regards, [redacted]

We can certainly understand the frustration felt by Mrs. [redacted] and are in no way attempting to dispute or retract from her feeling of being wronged. We understand how important home improvements are and acknowledge the time and effort she put into selecting a company for the job.  We feel the...

same frustration in this situation as we have not been given an opportunity to address/correct the issues cited in this complaint. We were not even notified regarding a few of them previous to this complaint and Mrs. [redacted] reviews on Google and Facebook. We do not wish to engage in a battle over social media and/or the internet, nor will we attack the character or intentions of Mrs. [redacted]-we simply want to be given an actual and real chance to correct the problems. There are warranties/options available to resolve these issues, but we must be given a real opportunity to implement them. We have attempted to contact Mrs. [redacted] via email, text, and phone but have been unsuccessful. If/when she is willing to communicate with us directly we will gladly work to resolve the problem(s).
