They have the absolute worst online banking system on planet earth. If you are a business, stay far far away as they make it nearly impossible to transaction business online. Furthermore, you can't even get logged in without an act of congress.
I have a mortgage with *** and they refuse to issue a Mortgage Interest statement for 2019. After seven calls and multiple emails, I have not received my document. They hung up on me last time. This lack of documentation is preventing me from filing my taxes.

Whom It May Concern:We are in receipt of Ms.
***’s complaint dated February 12, 2020. The complaint described
frustration about not receiving the Form 1098 and that *** Mortgage
refused to issue the document. Our records indicate
that Ms. Form 1098 was sent by mail in early January to the address
on file. We have record that the borrower contacted *** Mortgage through
our email ticketing system on February 12, 2020, and the form was again sent to
the borrower electronically the same day. We have confirmed during a phone call
with the customer that they have received the document. Please contact me
