And I have proof of your listings that wayI have since traded off the truck so that I don't have to deal with you people and your service scams any moreTHIS HAS RESULTED IN A FINANCIAL LOSS OF $+ WHICH I CAN PROVE IN WRITING ALSOYOU CAN REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT LOSS AND I WILL GO MY WAY OR I WILL SUBMIT ALL OF THIS TO AN ATTORNEY AND OPEN IT UP FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AS I SUSPECT THAT I AM NOT ALONEGOOD DAY.] Regards, [redacted]

We are in receipt of [redacted] open case [redacted] and wish to resolve it quickly [redacted] is a good customerHis desired settlement terms and our solutions are included:Fix his transmission problem under recall [redacted] There are no open recalls on this vehicle We pulled the report on the VIN# The recall only effects certain vehicles that were built between certain dates in a certain plant This does not include [redacted] truck If at any point his truck falls under a recall, we would certainly do this work for him as soon as we couldFix his speakers per the details of the technical service bulletin The technical service bulletin was only available up to 36,miles At 36,miles it expired In the interest of the customer satisfaction, we would inspect the truck to see if there is anything wrong with the speakers at no charge to [redacted] Put all of my oil changes in the dealership database They are already in our database Every Repair Order written is recorded in our database including all of [redacted] The previous owner of the vehicle had a Ford Maintenance program With the Ford Maintenance program, it allows Ford the knowledge of oil changes Ford's system does not have access to our maintenance records only our warranty recordsWritten acceptance of routine maintenance able to be performed by ANY service shop without negatively affecting the lifetime powertrain warranty I've included a copy of his Lifetime Powertrain Program Loyalty Certificate We don't have a "lifetime powertrain warranty." We don't advertise a "lifetime powertain warranty." I can understand the confusion of [redacted] because a lot of dealers do advertise a "lifetime powertrain warranty." We offer lifetime powertrain protection only to our customers As section states: This Loyalty Certificate entitles You to participate in the Lifetime Powertrain Loyalty Program Your participation in the Lifetime Powertrain Loyalty Program is voluntary This Loyalty Certificate is not a product warranty nor is it a service contract We are providing this Loyalty Certificate to You at no cost So this loyalty program is voluntary Of course [redacted] can service his car wherever he wants, but the loyalty program he signed up for at no charge to him or any of our customers, asks that all factory required maintenance be done at the selling dealer Put the full amount of oil in my truck from the oil change done today 1/2/ If [redacted] would bring the truck in we will completely redo the oil change at no charge to him Call and ask for [redacted] the service managerRefund of all previous oil changes that have been illegally contorted as being required to keep up the warranty As previously explained it is not a warranty, but a loyalty program only available to our customers who purchased a vehicle from us at no charge to the customer We will not refund any previous oil changes but in the interest customer satisfaction we will do free oil change and tire rotation for [redacted] in the future whenever he chooses

I am replying in regards to [redacted] and case [redacted] After looking at [redacted] vehicle in our inventory system, it doesn't even seem to have been been listed on our website We were able to find all the emails that [redacted] sent about how happy he was with the dealership The "Lifetime" issue never came up until recently As a matter of fact [redacted] was back in the market for a car in September of and emailing us about a purchase, again, this issue never came up The issue goes back to an unfortunate experience in the service department, of which we have tried to rectify.We have already provided the documentation that [redacted] read and signed, including an arbitration agreement [redacted] traded his car during this process with you We provide a lifetime powertrain protection through a company that offers this program to many dealers, not just us This program isn't a new program By doing the service with us, the company knows that it is done, plus it is easier on the customer not having to keep the records of every maintenance done on their car We are more than competitively priced on all our services as our customers will attest This issue about getting the service done here, has not been a concern that we hear from our customers.I don't know what [redacted] means that we "scrubbed" our advertising He never saw any advertising on his specific vehicle On Television we advertise, "Lifetime Powertrain Protection" if we advertise it On the internet its an automatic feed of "Lifetime Powertrain Protection," on used cars We don't edit that, it is an automatic process, when a car appears on our websiteWhich, again, according to our documentation, his did not appear.We offer this for free, no charge to the customer, when they purchase a vehicle from us It is a completely voluntary deal for our customers, most take advantage of it like [redacted] , some don't We have tried to settle this [redacted] traded the truck during this process We apologize for the service experience that [redacted] had Unfortunately we haven't had a chance to rectify the situation, and give him the same type of experience that he had with the sales departmentThat being said, if [redacted] bought another used vehicle, we offer to do a complete evaluation of it for him and detail of his new vehicle at no charge whenever he wants, thiscalendar year We would also still offer him an oil change and a tire rotation this year at no charge.We live and work in the Ohio Valley and our name is very important to us [redacted] was a customer of ours and it is always difficult to lose a customer Hopefully we can end this amicably, with an opportunity to earn him back as a customer Thanks for your attention to this matter[redacted] T [redacted] ***
