message on May 4th reporting that the Nature II vessel was leaking. If we had received the message about the Nature II leaking we would have sent out the crew with a new Nature II vessel. The homeowner has since purchased a Nature II vessel elsewhere. We will credit the 150.00 labor charge. We apologize if this situation was not handled properly.
