the home [redacted] is purchasing has been "challenging" from a timing standpoint throughout this process, and as a result everyone involved has seen an increase in their frustration levels. After speaking with [redacted], I believe we are "on the same page" from a resolution standpoint, and we have agreed to be even more diligent in providing her with updated information regarding her transaction.
