I had ordered faux panels well over a month ago and was told by the customer rep. that the panels would ship no later than July 3rd. Well I called today and was notified that the panels are still in production and the new tentative ship date is mid next week (Maybe) they'll call and let me know. I'm not at all happy about the delay in shipping this is now going to slip back my completion date of my project which in the end will cost me a lot of money. They could have called to inform me weeks ago that the panels were running behind so I could have re-scheduled other work around this delay. I will not use Barron Designs for any future construction projects.

I have reviewed the response made by Barron Designs in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution -- if it is delivered by Barron Designs in a timely fashion, and if the solution provides the product coloration as advertised on their impressive website -- will be satisfactory to me. I cannot consider the matter has been resolved until Barron Designs delivers what it has promised. As I write this note on Friday, March **, five days after Barron Designs provided their response to the Revdex.com, I have not received any communication from Barron Designs as mentioned in their response. My contact information remains the same as when I first paid Barron Designs for products via their online site. I remain cautiously optimistic about this situation. If Barron Designs does not follow through with their commitment, I will continue to pursue a remedy

Review: We ordered 4 faux wood beams for our living room on September [redacted], 2015. We ordered these 4 beams using the "Quick Ship" option - according to [redacted] the quick ship option is (the following is copied and pasted from their own website):

Once we placed the order, expecting the 4 beams to be 'quick shipped in 2 to 10 days, we received a phone call a couple of days later informing us that there were production delays and it would be at least 6 weeks to get the quick ship beams. Since the beams are what we liked, and we had already paid, we agreed to the delay. After 6 weeks had passed and we had no beams and no contact from fauxwoodbeams.com we called them to find out when we could expect our 'quick ship' beams. We were told that the order had not been processed and that they would 'hopefully' ship some time soon, but they weren't sure. This is unacceptable. If the quick ship option is unavailable, the please state somewhere on the website that shipping is taking 6+ weeks. If we had known this we would have ordered the beams from elsewhere. If the order is delayed the customer (us) should be kept up to date on the status instead of us having to call repeatedly to talk to someone about our order, only to be told it may or may not ship sometime this week or next. Send us the beams asap, or refund our money.'Desired Settlement: 1. Contact us with an update - we've had to call several times only to get vague information

2. Provide a specific date/time that the beams will be delivered with a tracking number so we know they have been sent - this needs to be completed asap

3. If delivery is still not an option - we would like a full refund.

Please beware of this company! We had placed an order on 3/**/16 for two stone columns in the amount if 461.87. On 3/**/16 we received another email to confirm the order for the amount of 461.87. On 4/**/16 we received another email stating they charged our credit card another $78.19 for shipping. I called the company and spoke to a women and she said someone would call me. By no surprise, they never did. I called back and she said what do you expect, it costs money to ship. I then told her it would have been nice to know from the beginning before I gave them permission to place the order. I have purchased many items and get free shipping. So she transferred me to a gentlemen named Tom. He was nasty and said that's what we do, really? You trick people into ordering a product for one price, only to get an email charging another fee!! I would hate to see if we would have had problems with the merchandise.

Review: I bought the Cambridge brick white panel and the Cambridge stone light gray corners. The brick looks good, but the corner pieces are horrible. The picture online made the product look more realistic then the actual pieces I received. Also, the corner pieces are thicker then the brick and would look funny even if I used them. I tried to return the corners and they will not allow any type of return on them. Their return policy is that this type of product needs approval to be returned. I didn't think that this would be a problem since my reasoning is valid. They said they denied the return because they are not setup to store this item. That seems like a baited return policy that in reality had no chance to be returned.Desired Settlement: I bought 6 corners at $46.69 each. I would like the full refund of $280.14
