On April **, 2016, Metropolitan Heat & Power Co., Inc., received a telephone call from someone who identified themselves as a [redacted] [redacted] said "Metropolitan" had performed work in 2014, that she had received a violation from NYC Fire Department, and that she required that we provide her copies of certain papers (affidavits).One of our employees, asked [redacted] the address and nature of the work we supposedly performed.At that point, [redacted] demanded we instantly provide her copies of documents and became generally abusive[redacted] was so irate, and yelling, that I could hear her through the phone -- across desks!At that point, I advised my secretary that I would take the phone.I, tried to have a conversation with [redacted] , but my efforts were in earnest [redacted] demanded immediate attention, that we stop anything and everything else, and instantly provide her what she was asking forI advised [redacted] that our computer does not indicate any invoice having been sent to a "Goldfine" [redacted] then advised that we did not do any work directly for her - but that she knew we did the work because she had text messages from someone else that she had hired.I advised [redacted] that to search the records by hand from there would be a $chargeWhen [redacted] continued abusively, and then issued threats, I advised her there would be an additional $attitude charge."Metropolitan" computers do not have any "Goldfine" Further, if, as [redacted] finally admitted, "Metropolitan" did not do any work directly for [redacted] , and [redacted] only knows of "Metropolitan" through copies of texts from someone else that she did hirethen I suggest [redacted] contact that other party On the other hand, should [redacted] desire that we search our records by hand, there will be a $record search fee and a $attitude fee, payable in advance by certified check, plus applicable sales taxIt should be noted that, "Metropolitan" having been in business for over years, thankfully enjoys a successful customer baseEven if [redacted] does remit payment, a record search will not be instant - every customer is treated the same way, in turnRegards, Robert T [redacted] Vice President

It should be noted that, "Metropolitan" having been in business for over 66 years, thankfully enjoys a successful customer base.
