Barro's Pizza

Long time lover of Barros Pizza, I rave about it everywhere, California when I go for work, Kentucky visiting Family or even when I to a friend's house. Recently introduced my friend Michele this year as she had never been. One of the best parts about going there is there lunch menu you can get a slice of pizza for $2 and its large almost two slices are one piece. They also offer a salad bar Buffet which I love to get with my slice of pizza or even just go in and order a salad to go. The is so delicious I go there maybe twice a week. I went in today and they discontinued serving ham in the salad bar. That was one of the best things I love about the salad bar was that they actually had ham so rarely do you see places including Super Salad that has ham set out for the salad. Due to this I no longer one of the salad that I purchase I even offered to buy him separately as one of the topping that they put on the pizza but they would not they told me that this was a corporate decision and that every Barro's would no longer have ham in their salad bar. I just want to let everybody know about this as it broke my heart.

To Whom It May Concern, We have reviewed the complaint that was posted by [redacted] and have spoken to him as well. When I, [redacted] (our Operations Manager), spoke to Mr. [redacted] on June 1, 2015 he told us that he ordered a pizza and 24 wings and asked for the wings...

to be all drums. Our current policy is we do not offer the choice to order only drums or wings, which we communicate to our customers. He threatened to call the Revdex.com and the health department to file a claim if the issue was not resolved. I then explained how that was not necessary as we do take customer complaints seriously, and that I would have our General Manager give him a call.                I have contacted both [redacted] (General manager) and Mike (Manager) at our 83rd avenue and cactus location and they said that [redacted] received a refund for the total amount of $29.45 on May 29th along with a credit of 12 wings for his next visit. I have also contacted our credit card processing company to verify that the amount of $29.45 was refunded. I feel that we have done everything possible to resolve this matter.
