Review: We hired this company to do a Job for us our contract says the job would be complete in 4 months well it is more then 1 year later and the Job is still not done

We have given them ever opportunity to correct it and they have not done so We have a defective brand new kitchen in which they received a refund for and have not given it to us. We have a master bath that is not complete we have brand new hardwood floors that they ruined, a step in our family room that they repaired poorly, no heat in our new master bedroom, a den that is not painted, mirror around master bathroom window is missing that they threw out, no backsplash in our kitchen, this list goes on and on and they have been paid a lot of money. On October *,2013 we tried to come to an agreement with them to let them finish the work and they agreed verbally and said have my attorney write it up which I did and gave it to them on October **, 2013 and they kept it till October **,2013 and then said no to it that they want to add more money to itDesired Settlement: We would like them to give us our monies back for the kitchen plus pay for the balance of the work that needs to be done as We have gotten 3 estimates for the work that needs to be complete here in our home plus all of our attorney fees for writing of the contract that they said to write up that they would sign
