I was excited to gain help from the doctors at barrowI heard nothing but good thingsI was incredibly disappointed with every stepThe staff is very unfriendly and unhelpfulThey are irritated by questionsNo one there returns callsMy doctor left, no plans to return, and no one let me knowMy file was left untouchedThey do not take people's health seriouslyI would call and no one knew who I was or where my information wasI paid thousands of dollars (I have insurance) and I'm having to start over at another doctorVERY disappointed with my experienceI would never recommend this place to anyoneI will take my brain tumors elsewhere

I was mislead about insurance, charges, paymentsI have called times -written letters times! They don't c are - and now I see they are not accredited with the Revdex.com -I can see why!! Not a place I will return to! Doc was probably ok but the staff NOT so much!!

I was excited to gain help from the doctors at barrow. I heard nothing but good things. I was incredibly disappointed with every step. The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. They are irritated by questions. No one there returns calls. My doctor left, no plans to return, and no one let me know. My file was left untouched. They do not take people's health seriously. I would call and no one knew who I was or where my information was. I paid thousands of dollars (I have insurance) and I'm having to start over at another doctor. VERY disappointed with my experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will take my brain tumors elsewhere.
