In my first 6 months of business this accountant had been late paying 3 out of 6 monthly sales tax fees. These late payments lead to fines against my business and I continually had to remind him to pay them. While asking questions via email or voice mail regarding my business he would not return my calls or emails sometimes not at all or weeks after the request, some which were time sensitive! I literally had to drive to his office to get a response After receiving my requested file I asked for reimbursement of the late fees I was charged he finally returned an email.
