[redacted]24 hours' notice (as noted on the appointment Card- as a copy is enclosed) However this was waived.She then Cancelled a confirmed (again not tentative) one hour appointment On 5/22/17 for that day. At that time she was advised of the broken appointment charge where as these were 2 cancelled one hour appointments the same day. Other patients who value their health, would have liked these appointment times. However they were reserved for this inconsiderate patient who numerous timesCancelled her appointments leaving us sitting around.She was advised of our policy of cancellation fees several times and now complains when we are justified in our actions.
