Review: This person, [redacted], refuses to give me my tax refund.It has been eleven months since I furnished him with all the documentation to file my taxes. At first my inquiries were met with quotes like, " it's coming", and "any day now". This was quite some time ago. The responses changed to, "i'm trying to get you back as much money as possible, be patient." I was patient, much time passed.Eventually my attempts to call or text Mr. [redacted] were pointless. He would not answer his phone, he would not return calls, or respond to text messages. When I finally texted him that I would be contacting authorities, he responded immediately, telling me to "take it easy". He told me he would send some of the money the next day by Fed Ex. This did not happen. He then said the next day. This did not happen. This went on for a few more days and then he stopped answering his phone again. On one occasion he had someone answer his phone and say it was the wrong number.The real clincher for me to take third party action was when I finally did get into contact with Mr. [redacted] and he told me he needed to go gamble to make the money to pay me. I told him I would be contacting the P.D., I.R.S., and the B.B.B., he told me, "good luck with that, tell me how it goes." I just want my tax refund back, and it is almost the end of the year and I will have to do my taxes again soon. I need the information that he has so that I may move on and properly file my upcoming federal and state taxes.Desired Settlement: I would like my tax refund and related information that I payed Mr. [redacted] for.
