This is in response to the complaint from [redacted] This patient had an appointment for treatment there are no tentative appointments only confirmed onesShe cancelled her appointment onMay 12, she was advised there is a cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled withinless than [redacted] ***hours' notice (as noted on the appointment Card- as a copy is enclosed) However this was waived.She then Cancelled a confirmed (again not tentative) one hour appointment On 5/22/for that dayAt that time she was advised of the broken appointment charge where as these were cancelled one hour appointments the same dayOther patients who value their health, would have liked these appointment timesHowever they were reserved for this inconsiderate patient who numerous timesCancelled her appointments leaving us sitting around.She was advised of our policy of cancellation fees several times and now complains when we are justified in our actions [redacted]
