Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The agreement signed on 10/05/clearly states 100% refund! (refer to page 25, Item 9)On 10/16/16, Barry charged me once through [redacted] (refer to page 35)On 10/19/16, [redacted] sent me a cancellation notification of Barry's first charge (refer to page 36)With the assumption that [redacted] cancelled the initial charge, on 10/21/16, I was told by Barry to pay through [redacted] for the second time (refer to page 37) As you can see on my [redacted] statement copy on page 40, I have been charged twice (this is comprisesd of $680.00+3% per each transaction) I am demanding a full refund of both charges including the 3% fee assessed by *** Sincerely, [redacted]
