purchased a Chevrolet TrailBlazer on 11/16/Unfortunately, we made a
clerical mistake on her odometer disclosureOn December 4, when it was
time to run
the title in *** name; our title clerk noticed the mistake
so we took action right away to get this mistake corrected.***, the
salesperson that did the purchase paperwork with ***, reached out to her
via text message on 12/4/briefly explaining there was an error in the
paperwork and asked her to please contact *** directly for further
explanationAlso, *** notated her account that she needed to speak to
*** if she calls or comes in for any reason***, one of our Account
Manager's spoke to *** on 12/23/regarding late payment and asked her
to come in our office to sign a new odometer disclosure statement in order to
get her title*** did not specify when she would be coming in***
reached out on several other occasions via text and phone.*** called
today, January 29th, to make a payment and after the payment was
processed was transferred to *** explained the situation and the
importance of signing the odometer disclosure statement*** said she
would try to make it in today but that she would let *** know*** did not
hear from her so she text her to see if she could make it in today***
said she could not today but she could tomorrow*** responded by explaining
that she would have the paperwork available but explained the title would not
be ready until Monday (February I st).We are offering a
free oil change and a car wash for the inconvenience for ***.We apologize for our clerical error.*** *** Office Manager

We strive to provide all of our customers with excellent customer service. During this process we have addressed all safety concerns of the vehicle and even transported it to do so at no cost. As we previously stated we are willing to have the customer return the vehicle and release them from further financial obligation. We are also willing to have it transported here for them at no cost. We as a company have bent over backwards to resolve this matter before the Revdex.com was involved. Now we are willing to still do exactly what she stated in her first request to resolve this matter in a timely fashion. We appreciate your help.
