Note that I have responded to several call on the Celling inch that has been cracked sence they have lived there, per customer, I had went back to fix it, and forMy years experience I told *** that the rafters are moving, he had told me that he should of never hired me and he would not use
me ever again, *** would not mission to what I had explained to himThere isCracking in several room that I didn't even do work onWitch tells me he hasHouse movmentI had too *** to hire someone else and even gave *** a number to a drywall contractors, he can not be satifide, the wall that he told me to cut out the drywall, I did just as *** toldMe to do, he had a major beam problum that he took upon him self to fix with some screws, so in my behalf, if it's cracked months later and it was to his satifaction and heMe the remainder of the contract,, so I dont see how I did any wrong,

Revdex.com spoke to Barry at the business and he forwarded a picture of the area in question dried and finishedHe does question how there could be any wet mud afterSee attached picture

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
*** I left you a VM, the building was not settling a beam was protruding causing the dry wall to bow (this was from the build from not from a house moving or settling)The damage (crack) going vertical the is shown from the picture supplied was caused from a Baseboard pipe that was against the drywallThe pipe was bare and did not have any insulation around it in turn caused the drywall to crack and splitThis was directed from Barry on what caused the crackHe said that the whole wall did not have to be replaced and that a section can be cut out and replaced because of the wood in the surrounding areaI initially told him that the insurance company agreed with him on the small sectionBarry was not the one who did the work...his son did, Barry only came back (twice) because of areas they missed paintingHis son is one that put a ton a mud in to compensate the little bow that was thereHe said that all they needed to do is put in backer board to offset the difference with mud from the bowBarry was not there for any of the work just came when I complained about the missed spots where painted and spots not even painted and to take pictures when they were done with the jobDo you not think it is strange that he wont even come out to look at it???
