Recently my [redacted] started blowing fusesI checked all connections, and replaced the fuses multiple timesNothing worked, so I took the car over to the [redacted] DealerThe shop told me they no longer dealt [redacted] ***, and that I would need to contact the companyI contacted [redacted] who informed me of the steps I would need to take in order for them to repair/replace the product; however, I do not have the original sales receiptThe customer support then informed me that they could not do anything for meThe associate was not helpful, and after trying to contact [redacted] times beforehand, I would expect at least an apology for wasting my time I feel that a company should back their product for a reasonable amount of timeProducts that cost $and up, however, should not break just out of the warranty periodI would not buy the product if I knew it wouldn't last more than a yearI bought the [redacted] in around November, and the [redacted]
