Review: We purchased a double convection oven and had it installed. The installers began a "complete cycle" at 350 degrees and left. After several days we noticed a melted yellow plastic at the bottom of the lower oven. We called [redacted]'s and were told that there were plastic caps left on the lower track and that they should have been removed. We went into the store with pictures of the damage and were told to warm the oven and try to remove it. We did and it did not work. After several more calls and visits to the store we were assured that they would hold the installers accountable for the faulty install and we would be contacted to schedule an appointment. After another visit and several more calls to [redacted]'s, nothing has changed. [redacted] and [redacted] himself have promised to get this resolved, keep me updated on the progress, and return my calls, all of which have not occurred.Desired Settlement: I would like the oven repaired or replaced.

Review: we ordered a room air conditioner, The sales man asked us to give them the dimensions of the wall opening which we did, and we gave them the model of the existing unit (which we bought from them a few years ago). the air conditioner that was sold to us was not a through the wall unit. so they reccomended a different unit that cost $100 more. we said ok. the installer apparantly needed a larger sleeve to accomodate the air conditioner, we were not advised of this need and the installer put in a sleeve due to the sleeve we had was too small for the air conditioner they ordered. my issue is we did not get the opportunity to order a smaller airconditioner and barrys took it on them selves to install a larger sleeve. when we saw the charge and questioned, they said they were doing us a favor. a favor is free. we should have been made aware and given options prior to our credit card being charged for something we were not aware of and did not authorize. The issue was compounded by barrys had two installers work the project. when the installer saw there was an issue, he should have notified all parties so it could have been remedied prior to unauthorized work. the installation was made 7/1 and on 7/2 Barry's charged my credit card an additional $139.04Desired Settlement: refund the credit card the amount charged which was $139.04
