First let me apologize for the fact that we weren't able to render service to miss *** on the specified date that was requestedTheir was some slight complication with our website as a result of that we were unaware that on dec was not blocked outHowever this was brought to our attention
and it was immediately taken care of.due to the fact that miss ***s has booked way in advance but we had taken care of the open availability our manager Jesse had reached out to her times and even left her a voice mail that we will be closed and Christmas Day and offer her options of rescheduling or come in the day beforeMiss ***s did not return our calls nor were we able to get to her, their were other clients that we had reached out to with the same situation and we were able to service them prior to including miss *** friend that came in the day beforeIn regards to that we also posted on our social media and publi cly throughout the salon that we will be closed way in advance and their was also a notation just above before booking that we will be closed Christmas Day and new years dayAs for the email we promptly response to all our emails and customers complaint as our main aim to to serve each and every clients with the best services possible we have absoutely no problem in replacing or fixing a client nails as we are well aware that nails is man made and accident so happens Our record shows that up to date all our complains were responded to and if miss *** did emails as she said their must be some error down the line but as we speak we are not aware of the previous complain via emailAgain we apologize for any inconvenient this may cause and we can only promise to serve you better in the future Regards, *** ***

However this was brought to our attention and it was immediately taken care of.due to the fact that miss [redacted]s has booked way in advance but we had taken care of the open availability our manager Jesse had reached out to her 3 times and even left her a voice mail that we will be closed and Christmas Day and offer her options of rescheduling or come in the day before.
