We went in for a car wash and the employee unhooked the seat anchors for my sons car seat to clean under it. I'm sure the employees are not certified with the fire department to be removing and installing baby seats. When we got the car back we were not told that the anchors were removed and were hidden in the back of the seat where they could not be seen. Thank god we noticed later before any harm could come to out child. I contacted the owner of the business to tell him what had happened and his response was and I quote "I DON'T CARE, CALL THE CAR WASH MANAGER AT 10AM" he at that point hung up on me.
Generally I don't fuss over much, people are not perfect but when negligence takes place and the safety of my family is concerned I must speak out and hope this does not happen to anyone else, where their kids might be put at risk of injury or death.
