Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To start the ad said that the original order would ship within daysIt took over a week to shipTo continue I called and emailed several times before I was given a response on how to return and exchange the item, which according to their ad is perfectly acceptableI paid to ship the order back and again according to their site exchanges take a weekI was not notified that a shipping label had been created the email I was sent told me that my order was shipped, after not receiving the holster I again made two phone calls and sent two emails trying to find out why it had not been shippedAfter no response was given yes I sent an email complaining that I was told it had shipped a week earlier it had not shipped and the company had refused to respond to any attempt to contact themThe credit card has still not been refunded and according to etsy they haven't received a refund order from the companyPerhaps you process refunds slower than exchanges and perhaps you shouldn't sent out emails telling people that their order has been shipped when it hasn't been you just created a labelIf you actually refund the money plus the amount that was spent to ship the holster back that would be at least an attempt to make things rightHowever at this time no refund has been issued no holster has been received and the company still hasn't responded to phone calls or emailsI have looked into this and found that there are many people out there who have ordered products from this company that have either shipped late or not at allThey shouldn't advertise day shipping on some sites, next day shipping on others when they have no intention on shipping items within that window.Sincerely, [redacted]

Girlfriend of *** *** ordered wrong holster, therefore *** returned the holster to us in hopes to exchange the shoulder holster for a different shoulder holster to fit his gunExchanges are processed at a much slower rate in our busy season and during the holiday rush*** inquired
about his exchange that his girlfriend bought under her Etsy accountWe had told him that his exchange was being processed and provided him with a tracking number after the shipping label had been createdThe order did not ship out and was cancelled because *** had become very demanding and vulgar in his emails, therefore we went forth refused to do business with him any longer and refunded the order which was purchased through his girlfriend's Etsy accountHe insists there was no refund processed, however in our records on Etsy, a refund was sent to the purchaser of the productEven after he had been refunded, *** is still demanding the product

Again, the original order was placed by ***'s girlfriend as he has stated and her account has been credited through Etsy*** or his girlfriend are welcome to contact Etsy to see where the refunded funds have goneNot to mention, the holster that was originally ordered and what *** had requested for exchange were completely different products. As clearly many people know, shipping during the holiday season is ALWAYS delayed as well as exchanges and refundsThat should be no surpriseAll emails were answered that *** sentAfter the shipping label was created and the order was being processed, we cancelled and refunded the order due to ***'s inappropriate, demeaning attitude and vulgarity in emails.
To clarify, we do NOT advertise next day shipping and do send out orders within business days during business periodsAll returns and exchanges are processed within 5-days and many times even sooner

All emails were answered that customer had sent. We offered to resend the item and provided the tracking number for the replacement shipment. However, since the customer is requesting a refund, we have canceled the re-shipment of the item not received and have issued a full refund in the amount of...

Again I wasn't advised that a shipping label was created. The email I received stated that my exchange had been shipped. I can also provide photos of advertisements on some sites that state next day shipping. If they can't manage to ship out in the 3 days that they stated they would during the holiday season they should state that. I ship items for my business and manage to ship out in time assured without a problem during the holiday season. Not one of my phone calls was returned and I can also provide emails that went without response. Their incompetence is not my problem. The refund was processed on the date the responded to my complaint here. No sooner. As I don't believe they had any intent of refunding my purchase price without this complaint. As far as the products go they were a different size and color but the same type of holster. I agree that the original purchase was wrong. My girlfriend is from and is currently living in China and English isn't her first language. So yes th order was wrong. Doesn't change the fact that it wasn't shipped within the time advertised and the exchange wasn't processed within 10 days of receiving the wrong product. Nor does it explain why I still have an email from this company stating that my product was shipped. The email sent a week after I was told the exchange would be shipped was not vulgar or demeaning and they responded by canceling my order and sitting on my money. Sincerely,[redacted]
